Angel Simone is the Director of Training Initiatives at The Trevor Project. Angel has over 10 years of experience working in customer service and training. Prior to their current role, Angel was a Team Lead for Training & Quality Assurance at FedPoint. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provided quality service to customers. Angel has also worked as a Client Services & Implementation Administrator at Madison Resources, where they worked closely with clients to ensure the successful installation, configuration, training and implementation of CRM software.

Angel is passionate about their work and is dedicated to providing quality customer service. Angel is an excellent communicator and is able to engage effectively with clients. Angel is also technically minded and is able to provide best business practice approach to implementation. Angel is a skilled leader and has a proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.

Angel Simone has a Masters in Software Engineering & Artificial Intelligence from Imperial College London. They are also a Certified Professional Life Coach from the Transformation Academy and have various other certifications in Inclusive Leadership Training, Managing Learning Technologies, and Certified Advanced Personal Trainer.

They work with Amanda Ryan-Smith - Chief Development Officer, Cristina Ciprian-Matthews - Chief People Officer, and Heather Gillespie - Interim VP, Lifeline & Crisis Services Operations. Angel Simone reports to Amit Paley, CEO & Executive Director.
