Emmett Troxel

Emmett Troxel currently serves as the Director of Contact Center Technology at The Trevor Project since April 2023. Previously, Emmett held various roles at Charles Schwab from April 2011 to April 2023, including Software Engineering Manager, Development Team Lead for the CTI Engineering Team, and CTI Genesys Engineer, in addition to work in WFM/Capacity Planning. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager at Rhino Staging & Event Solutions from January 2008 to April 2011 and as a Screening Specialist at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) from March 1999 to January 2008. Emmett holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from Arizona State University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
