Maddie Schwarz

Maddie Schwarz is a seasoned professional in crisis services and digital supervision, currently serving as the Senior Digital Supervisor at The Trevor Project since August 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing digital crisis services. Prior experience includes roles as Hotline Supervisor and Anti-Trafficking Hotline Advocate at Polaris from August 2017 to April 2021, and Crisis Counselor at Crisis Text Line between August 2017 and October 2019. Maddie also contributed as a Speakers Bureau Intern at Active Minds, Inc. and gained experience as an Emergency Management Intern at Fort Belvoir Community Hospital. Maddie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Global and Community Health from George Mason University, earned in 2017.
