Jill Czarnik

Jill Czarnik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development, strategy, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as Co-Founder of The Tribalist since February 2024, Jill focuses on promoting healthier living through sustainable design and organization. Prior experience includes leading business development at Persado, where Jill achieved 123% of FY24 quota and quadrupled team output, and serving as Chief of Staff in the Office of the CEO, orchestrating executive initiatives in the generative AI sector. Jill has also contributed to Constellation Brands as an eCommerce MBA intern, crafted operational strategies at Grosvenor Capital Management, provided change management consulting at Accenture, and gained early experience at Nordstrom. Jill holds an MBA from New York University and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and International Business from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and WU Vienna University of Economics and Business.
