Prior to this role, Jennifer amassed over 26 years of experience at ADP, advancing through various leadership positions, including Senior Director and Director of Learning for Inside Sales. Jennifer expertly created and executed learning strategies to enhance revenue across multiple business units while ensuring a world-class learning environment for the sales force and leadership. As a Sales Learning Manager, Jennifer managed training teams, focusing on program integrity, quality assurance, and measuring the success of new hire initiatives. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Sales from Central Michigan University, obtained between 1990 and 1994.
