From advising the CIA on emerging threats and opportunities and the White House on empathy-at-scale through data insights, Doug Randall is a tech entrepreneur turned coach who is as committed to helping CEOs scale their businesses as engaging in deep self-work. Doug brings more than 25 years of leadership, operational, advisory experience and insight to each coaching engagement -and a rigorous approach to high quality, high velocity decision-making. He helps CEOs and their organizations create, shape, and align others around compelling strategic narratives. Doug's work supporting individuals and teams to scale and adapt rapidly in fast-changing environments is also grounded in a long-time meditation and yoga practice. Prior to joining Trium, Doug was the founder and CEO of Monitor 360 and Protagonist, where he built software solutions to help multinationals and global foundations, and the Obama Administration. He was also a managing partner at the Monitor Group, where he led the scenario planning team. Doug has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School.
