Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations at Washington Mutual Bank from 2001 to 2009, where responsibility encompassed operations management for the financial services subsidiary, managing a large internal team and supporting extensive sales efforts, generating significant annual revenues. Jodie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UCLA.
