Chandler Marcille is an experienced Application Specialist at The Truss Company since August 2005, with a comprehensive knowledge of the Mitek application and expertise in application rollout, changes, training, and report writing. Chandler has held various roles including Design Manager, where oversight of a design team and process improvement were key responsibilities, and Residential Design Manager, focusing on productivity and timely job delivery. Previous positions include Truss Designer and Truss Fabricator, contributing to the design and fabrication of roof and floor truss systems, as well as coordinating a swing shift fabrication crew. Prior to joining The Truss Company, Chandler served as a Shift Leader at Skippers, managing daily operations and staff. Academic background includes a Construction Certification from Green River College and a High School Diploma from Kent Mountain View Academy.
