Rachel Bull

Rachel Bull is an experienced policy professional currently serving as the Head of Policy and Research at The Trussell Trust since September 2022. Prior roles include Head of Rough Sleeping Policy at the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, and various leadership positions within the Department for Education, focusing on children's social care. Rachel's career also includes experience at Teach First, where responsibilities ranged from Leadership Development Officer to Associate Tutor, as well as teaching at Thomas Ferens Academy. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Oxford, a Master's Degree in Sociology from Columbia University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from Sheffield Hallam University.
