Mike LaMair is the founder of RiverBank Commercial Real Estate LLC. In 1991 RiverBank was formed for the purpose of facilitating real estate transactions, primarily undeveloped land, in both brokerage and investment capacities. The geographical area of activity is primarily the Colorado Front Range with an emphasis on the transitional areas around downtown Denver, particularly the former railyards of the Central Platte Valley. Mike is a member of the Colorado and Denver Bar Association, is on the Board of Directors for the East Cherry Hills Village Water District, and is on the Board of Directors for The Commons Design Review Board.
