The Tufts Daily
Dzheveira K. is an accomplished undergraduate student at Tufts University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in International Relations with a Minor in Urban Studies, while also studying at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Currently serving as a Young Leaders Summer Institute Fellow at Democracy House and working as a Migration Researcher and Research Trip Coordinator with the Tufts Latin American Committee, Dzheveira K. has conducted impactful field research in Colombia, leading to the authorship of a 20-page paper analyzing labor migration's effects on children. Previous experiences include roles as an Opinion Section Staff Writer and Editor for The Tufts Daily, an intern at the Asian American Center, and a Judicial Institute Intern at the Massachusetts Trial Court. Additionally, Dzheveira K. has held positions as a Wargame Specialist at Harvard University and a Fundraising Intern at Peace Action, contributing significantly to various projects and initiatives.

The Tufts Daily
The Tufts Daily is the entirely student-run newspaper of record at Tufts University in Medford, Mass. An editorially and financially independent organization, the Daily’s staff of more than 200 covers news, features, arts and sports on Tufts’ four campuses and in its host communities. The Daily’s editorial board and columnists provide opinions and commentary alongside op-eds submitted by readers and members of the Tufts community. In recent years, the Daily has also expanded into multimedia, including podcasts and videojournalism. Founded in 1980, the Daily publishes a print edition each week and a digital edition every weekday during the academic year.
