Richard Shell

Richard Shell is an experienced professional currently serving as Managing Director and Owner at The Doxford Group since September 2014, overseeing Doxford Barns, Charlton Hall, and The Tempus Hotel. In addition to this role, Richard co-founded The Twist Group in June 2017 and served as a trustee for Dragonfly Cancer Trust from June 2019 to June 2020. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Experience & Communications Manager for Operations Shared Services Europe at the Royal Bank of Scotland from October 2012 to July 2014, where Richard led initiatives for a workforce of approximately 650 FTE.
