Yvonne has a strong background in community development, youth work, and management consultancy. Field has held various leadership positions in different companies and educational institutions, demonstrating their expertise in strategic development, training coordination, and social system change projects. Yvonne holds a Master's degree in Change Agency Skills and Strategies and another in Social and Community Studies.
