The Uncommon Thread
Nicole Cristello M.S. is a knowledgeable ABA therapist currently employed at The Uncommon Thread since August 2022. Previously, Nicole served as a Behavioral Therapist at Xyzaba from February 2021 to September 2022. Experience also includes an internship with NORTHWEST ESSEX COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE NETWORK INC, where Nicole worked as a one-on-one aide from January 2019 to February 2021, along with a prior internship at The Bridge in early 2018. Nicole holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University, earned between August 2020 and March 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Montclair State University, completed in 2019. Nicole graduated from Cedar Grove High School in 2015.

The Uncommon Thread (TUT) is a nonprofit organization committed to advancing the lives of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). TUT provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and services in-center, in-home, in-public schools, in-private schools and in the community. The Uncommon Thread is not a destination, but rather a pathway to a more independent life. Improved outcomes and the commitment of our founders set us apart.
