Jan-Paul Ouwerkerk serves as the CEO and Chief Ecosystem Officer at The unFIX Model since November 2022, contributing to organizational design focused on innovation and human experience. Additionally, Jan-Paul has been a High Performance (Agile) team coach for U-Main Consulting since April 2017 and co-founded SOOPLE.eu, where expertise in self-management is applied. Previous experience includes roles in KPN ICT Consulting as an Innovation Charterlead and team lead, alongside various consulting positions at KPN, Fujitsu Nederland, ING Belgium, and Kamer van Koophandel. Jan-Paul holds advanced certifications in Agile leadership, Holacracy, and Lean methodologies, complemented by a Master's degree in Interventions and Policy from Utrecht University.
