Maria Victoria Landerreche is an experienced professional specializing in Agile transformations and organizational leadership. Currently serving as a Core Team Member at The unFIX Company since November 2022, Landerreche also holds the role of Management 3.0 Licensed Facilitator for Management 3.0 since July 2020. Previously, Landerreche was an Agile Transformation Leader at Love, Bonito, where responsibilities included creating and executing an Agile Transformation Roadmap. As an Enterprise Agile Coach at Baufest, Landerreche guided leadership in large organizations through Agile transformations. Experience includes Scrum Master and Agile Coach at BP4, as well as roles at Kimberly Clark focusing on RPA and SAP HCM implementations. Educational credentials include a specialization in Organizational Leadership from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from the University of Buenos Aires.
