Senior Technical Support Specialist at The Uniform Solution

Sean joined Diamond Data Systems as their Senior support specialist. He graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement. He previously worked with DDS for seven years, so Sean is very familiar with the company and deeply understands their software and technology. Sean focuses on troubleshooting high-level issues for their clients, performs setup and maintenance of internal hardware/software, and improves processes and operations to provide a better customer experience.
