Frank Boughner

Frank Boughner, M.S., M.S.T., possesses over 30 years of experience in education and union representation. Currently serving as a Union Delegate for the United Federation of Teachers at PS/MS 29, Boughner also works as a Reading Teacher with the NYC Department of Education, where contributions span from cross-curricular teaching in Social Studies to leading the Varsity Mavericks Football Program. With a strong background in mentoring and training, Boughner has held various teaching and coaching roles, including Dean of Students and classroom teacher. Additionally, significant experience in hospitality is evident from roles at Levy Restaurants and Amerivents. Boughner's educational credentials include a Master’s in School Building Leadership and a Master’s in Childhood Education from Iona University, along with a BBA in Marketing.
