James F. Rodriguez

James Rodriguez has an extensive career in education, spanning over four decades. Currently serving as the NYC Coordinator for the Start Here Get There Campaign for Financial Aid Awareness and as a leader for UFT College & Career Fairs at the United Federation of Teachers since 1979, James specializes in guiding public high school students through college preparation and financial aid processes. Previously, James held the position of Bronx Site Coordinator for College Goal New York, focusing on FAFSA completion events, and spent 35 years as a Special Education Social Studies Teacher with the NYC Department of Education, where responsibilities included coordination of student activities and expertise in career and college readiness. James is an alumnus of Lehman College.
