Marybeth Riscica

Marybeth Riscica is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property management and regional oversight. Currently serving as Senior Regional Manager at United Group since March 2024, Marybeth previously held various management roles, including Regional Manager at The Michaels Organization from April 2017 to March 2024, and General Manager positions at American Campus Communities from February 2015 to February 2017, Wilmorite Management Group LLC from October 2009 to February 2015, and Tarragon Management, Inc. from January 1999 to September 2004.
