John Brancati

John Brancati is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at The United Illuminating Company since August 2001. In this role, John oversees employment, change management, and employee and labor relations for the Engineering, Projects, and Transmission Divisions, acting as a strategic business partner to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Prior to this position, John held the title of Director of Human Resources at ADVO from February 1995 to February 2001 and at ABB Combustion Engineering from January 1980 to January 1995. John earned a degree from Providence College between 1970 and 1974.
