Stephanie Hand is a Vitality Strategist at Western North Carolina Conference UMC - Metro Region. With a background in change management, strategic planning, and leadership development, Stephanie has worked in various roles such as Community Outreach Manager at Charlotte Family Housing, Executive Operations Manager at Marriott International, and Executive General Manager at Little Rock National Airport. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a Master's degree from Pfeiffer University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Adaptive Leadership from Wesley Theological Seminary.
