Melanie Debelak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing and project coordination within the real estate sector. Currently serving as a Benefit Enrollment & Assistance Specialist at United Way of Greater Cleveland since February 2025, Melanie previously held positions as a Real Estate Marketing & Projects Coordinator at Real, The Kaim Team, and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Professional Realty from 2020 to 2025. Prior to this, Melanie spent over 14 years at Keene Building Products, progressing from Marketing & Office Associate to Director of Marketing, where responsibilities included overseeing various acquisitions. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication Design from the University of Dayton, completed in 2005, and graduated from Beachwood High School in 2001.
