Deborah Lightfoot possesses extensive finance and accounting experience, currently serving as an FP&A & Accounting Consultant at The Unity Council since August 2024. Previously, Deborah held the position of Vice President of Finance at Glo Dollar from January 2022 to July 2024, and served as Consultant and Head of Finance at Zight from January 2020 to December 2022. Prior to these roles, Deborah was Vice President of Finance at Breeze Labs, Inc. and Homejoy, and Director of Finance & Investor Relations at Thomas Weisel Partners. Deborah began the professional journey as an Equity Analyst at CIBC World Markets. Deborah's educational background includes a BA in Economics from Goucher College and an MBA in Finance from Fordham University.
