Gaby Guzman is an experienced professional in the fields of education, community engagement, and social justice. Currently serving as the Latinx Mentoring and Achievement Program Coordinator at The Unity Council since November 2021, Gaby has previously held roles such as Volunteer and Community Education Coordinator and prevention educator at Empower Yolo, and Social Cognition Research Assistant at UC Davis's Psychology Department. Gaby also worked as a behavioral interventionist at Autism Spectrum Therapies and as a domestic violence and sexual assault shelter advocate at Empower Yolo. Gaby holds a Master of Arts in International and Multicultural Education with a focus on Human Rights and Racial Justice from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California, Davis, complemented by a minor in Gender, Sexuality, and Women's Studies.
