Carroll C. Phelps

Carroll C. Phelps currently serves as the Executive Director of the Capitol Scholars Program at The University of Alabama System, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Carroll C. Phelps worked at The University of Alabama System from 2005 to May 2023, focusing on the Washington, DC Internship Program. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a therapist at the DCH Employee Assistance Program from 1998 to 2005 and working as a Community Relations Coordinator at Pathways from 1990 to 1995.
