Erica Shumate

Erica Shumate has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Student Representative for Kaplan Test Prep. In 2014, they joined The University of Alabama as a Senior Insurance Analyst, and later became the Benefits & Regulatory Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the role of Executive Director of Benefits and Wellness at the university.

Erica Shumate attended The University of Alabama from 2007 to 2011 and received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare Management. Erica then continued their education at The University of Alabama from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration (JD, MBA).
