Jennifer Roth-Burnette, Ph.D., is an accomplished academic and musician currently serving as the Program Director for the UA First Year Compass Course at The University of Alabama since August 2009. In this role, Jennifer leads the campus-wide initiative aimed at enhancing the first-year experience for students. Additionally, Jennifer has served as the Director of the Quality Enhancement Plan and as the Director of Learning Commons at the Capstone Center for Student Success, where participation in tutoring services grew by 800% over five years. Jennifer's previous experience includes directing the Innovation Team to enhance online course offerings and managing the UA Early College program. Jennifer is also the Organist and Choirmaster at Canterbury Episcopal Chapel and Student Center, where responsibilities encompass directing a choral scholars program and planning worship music. With an extensive educational background in musicology and organ performance from prestigious institutions, including New York University, Jennifer's contributions to both academia and the arts reflect a commitment to fostering innovation and community engagement.
