Kariman Pierce

Kariman "Kay" Pierce, PCC, is an experienced professional in academic advising and coaching with a diverse background in leadership development. Currently serving as an Academic Advisor at the University of Arizona and an Adjunct Faculty member at Sonoran University of Health Sciences, Kay focuses on supporting undergraduate students in their Online Business degree pursuits. As the Founder and Lead Coach/Consultant at Kay Pierce Coaching since May 2018, Kay specializes in career and leadership development, small business coaching, and brand identity, and has created the ForeCAST Method for results-driven conversations. Additional roles include being an Executive Leadership Coach at Skillsoft and a Certified CoachHub Coach at CoachHub, delivering high-quality coaching at scale. With previous experience as a Leadership Development Coach for SEAL Team Leaders and a Nutritional Therapist, Kay holds multiple certifications and degrees, including a Bachelor's in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Arizona and professional coaching credentials from Coach Training World.
