Kate Collins is a visiting associate professor in the Arts and Visual Culture Education program at the University of Arizona, focusing on community arts education. Prior to this role, Collins served as the Director of Learning Communities at the Baltimore Museum of Art, overseeing programs that connected pre-K through university audiences to the museum's resources. With extensive teaching experience, Collins held positions as an associate professor at Towson University and as a graduate teaching associate at The Ohio State University, among other roles in various educational institutions. Collins’ educational background includes a Ph.D. in Arts Administration, Education & Policy from The Ohio State University, an MFA in Theatre for Youth from Arizona State University, and a BFA in Acting from SUNY College at Fredonia.
