Lauren Flaum

Lauren Flaum currently serves as the Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Arizona since May 2023. Prior to this role, Lauren held the same position at Tulane University from September 2020 to May 2023 and at The University of Toledo from November 2013 to September 2020, where additional responsibilities included serving as Coordinator of Women's Basketball Operations. Lauren's career also includes experience as a Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans from April 2012 to June 2013 and as a Graduate Assistant for Men's/Women's Basketball at Eastern Michigan University from April 2009 to April 2012. Lauren holds a Master of Health and Human Services in Sport Management from Eastern Michigan University, earned in 2011, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the same institution in 2005. Additionally, Lauren attended The University of Toledo College of Law from 2018 to 2019.
