Linda Bixby

Linda Bixby, PhD, currently serves as the Chief Research Partnerships Officer at the University of Arizona and is a Board of Directors Member at the Intelligence and National Security Alliance. With extensive experience in academic partnerships, Linda Bixby was previously the Executive Vice President at NobleReach, where efforts focused on addressing national security challenges through collaboration among industry, academia, and government. Additionally, involvement includes advisory roles at multiple institutions, such as Penn State University, the University of Virginia, and George Mason University, among others. Linda Bixby has held significant positions at LMI and has contributed to the Intelligence and National Security Alliance’s Advisory Committee. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in History from Freie Universität Berlin and a bachelor's degree in German Studies and Communications from the University of Arizona.
