Sean Kramer-Lazar

Sean Kramer-Lazar currently serves as the Director of Advising and Student Success in the College of Information Science at the University of Arizona, where responsibilities include leading orientation for new undergraduate students and overseeing retention initiatives. Additional roles at the University of Arizona include part-time instructor for first-year students and interim graduate coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at Gap Inc., where Sean provided customer service and customer experience management, and Saint Louis University, where Sean worked on student support and retention programs. Sean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Illinois State University, a Master’s in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Western Michigan University, and is pursuing a PhD in Educational Leadership and Policy & Higher Education at the University of Arizona.
