Victoria Castanon

Victoria Castanon currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of Compliance at the University of Arizona, a position held since June 2020, where responsibilities have included prior roles such as Director, Assistant Director, and Compliance Coordinator. Prior to this, Castanon worked as the Assistant Director of Athletic Compliance at Utah Valley University from July 2019 to June 2020 and gained experience as a Compliance Graduate Assistant at The University of Texas at El Paso from August 2018 to July 2019. Castanon holds a Master of Legal Studies in Sports Law and Business from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (2018-2019) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at El Paso (2014-2018).
