Dr Austin Aloysius Tay Cpsychol

Dr. Austin Aloysius Tay is an accomplished psychologist and consultant with extensive experience in academia and organizational psychology. Currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor and Visiting Academic at the University of Saint Joseph, Dr. Tay teaches modules on the Psychology of Motivation and Emotion at the bachelor's level, and Staff Selection, Training and Development at the master's level. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Omnipsi Consulting, and with roles as Group Lead at Oxford Coaching Group and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Buckingham, Dr. Tay's expertise spans various facets of occupational psychology. Active in professional organizations, Dr. Tay holds fellowships and leadership positions with the Hong Kong Psychological Society and previously chaired the Division of Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Dr. Tay's educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, along with several advanced degrees in psychology and law from prestigious institutions.
