Nicola Masters

Nicola Masters (FCCT) is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and academic leadership. Currently serving as the BA (Hons) Primary Education Course Moderator at The University of Buckingham Faculty of Education, Nicola has held multiple roles at the University of Buckingham since 2017, including Degree Course Development & QA Lead and Postgraduate Teacher Apprenticeship Tutor. Nicola's international expertise as an International PGCE Tutor encompasses supporting PGCE trainees across nine countries. Additional roles include supervision of MA Education students and contributions as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Northampton. With a strong foundation in early years education, Nicola has also served as a school governor, interim deputy head, and instructional leader in various capacities. Nicola holds a Master's degree in Education (Early Years) and has a robust commitment to fostering high educational standards and supporting both educators and students in their professional development.
