Faya Beker

Faya Beker is an Operations Manager at UChicago Medicine, a position held since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Administrative Project Assistant in both the Cardiac Service Line and Supply Chain at Rush University Medical Center from October 2019 to June 2021. Faya served as a Healthcare Administration Teaching Assistant at the School of Applied Health Sciences in early 2019 and worked as a Personal Assistant at Beckwith Residential Support Services from March 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, Faya completed a Strategy Internship at Clark-Lindsey Village in late 2018 and started a career as a Retail Sales Associate at Marshalls Convenience Stores from August 2014 to July 2015. Faya holds a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from RUSH University and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a High School Diploma from Lane Technical College Prep High School.
