Mamta Patel

Mamta Patel has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with their most recent role being Vice President of Operations at UChicago Medicine since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Executive Director of ACL Central Laboratory at Advocate Aurora Health from 2017 to 2022, and as the Administrative Laboratory Director at Rockford Health System from 2008 to 2017. Before that, they held the position of Site Manager, Lead Technologist, and Medical Technologist at Adventist Glen Oaks Hospital from 1998 to 2008. Mamta began their career as a Medical Technologist at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare in 1997.

Mamta Patel has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University. Mamta also has a Master's Degree in Microbiology and Medical Technology from S. P. University, V.V. Nagar India, and a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, General from M.B. Patel Science College, Anand, India. Additionally, Mamta Patel has a Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt certification from the University of Illinois BIS Naperville and an MT, AMT certification from the American Society of Medical Technologist. Mamta has also completed the Leadership Academy for Healthcare Transformation at RUSH University in 2015.
