Antoniades has extensive experience in healthcare operations, holding various leadership roles at institutions such as Penn Medicine Princeton Health and St. Clare's Medical Center, developing strategic initiatives and managing large teams across multiple clinical and support services. Antoniades earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
