Director, People Strategy And Operations, Ingalls Memorial Hospital at The University of Chicago Medical Center

Ned Lloyd's work experience begins in 1987 as a Facility Attendant for the City of Upper Arlington, where they maintained tennis courts and instructed youth tennis lessons. Ned then worked as an Operations/Retail Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1993 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they served as a Custodial Assistant for the Diocese of Columbus. After that, they worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of New Jersey from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they became a Facilities Assistant for Cornell University College of Agriculture and Life Sciences until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a Management and Human Resources Intern and then as a Labor Relations Representative at Daimler Chrysler. After that, they served as a Labor Relations Representative at the Dodge City- Warren Truck Assembly Plant for Daimler Chrysler. From 2011 to 2014, they were a Human Resources Manager at Archer Daniels Midland. Ned'smost recent roles were at UChicago Medicine, where they worked from 2014 to present. Ned held various positions, starting as a Manager-Labor and Employee Relations, and progressing to Team Lead, Human Resources Shared Services-Director of Employee and Labor Relations, Director of Employee and Labor Relations, and finally, Director of People Strategy and Operations at Ingalls Memorial Hospital.

Ned Lloyd holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from Purdue University Daniels School of Business, which was obtained from 2012 to 2015. Furthermore, they obtained a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations (M.I.L.R.) degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University ILR School between 2004 and 2006. Ned also holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, completed from 1998 to 2001. Before that, Ned Lloyd earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1992 to 1996. Ned has also obtained a high school diploma from Upper Arlington High School in 1989 and a diploma in General Studies from Saint Agatha Catholic School in 1988. Prior to that, they attended Bishop Watterson High School in 1988. In addition to their formal education, Ned Lloyd also holds various certifications, including "The Power of Markets" from Coursera in 2014, "Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy" from Coursera in 2013, and the "New Jersey Bar" certification from the State of New Jersey in 2001.
