Daniel Kim

Daniel Kim currently serves as the Associate Director of the Tools of Thought Initiative at the University of Chicago, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel held multiple positions at Prota Ventures from 2019 to July 2023, including Partner, Chief of Staff, and Entrepreneur in Residence. Previous experience includes a variety of education-related roles at Noble Network of Charter Schools between 2012 and 2018, as well as positions in pastoral and advocacy roles at various churches and organizations from 2005 to 2011. Daniel holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, an MDiv from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a B.S. in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry from Yale University.
