Hayley Harris

Hayley Harris is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Associate Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Chicago since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hayley was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President of Human Resources and Planning at Ithaca College from May 2019 to October 2022. Hayley also held the position of Human Resources Director at Cornell University for nearly a decade, overseeing HR functions for various academic units. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior HR Consultant and Assistant Director of Human Resources at Yale University, along with HR management positions at the Yale University School of Medicine. Hayley holds an M.Phil. in Music History from Yale University and a Bachelor's degree from Boston University, with additional studies at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
