Ingrid Sagor

Ingrid Sagor is an experienced academic administrator currently serving as the Assistant Dean of Students for Student Services in The College at the University of Chicago since August 2016. In this role, Ingrid utilizes a trauma-informed approach to manage crisis situations, provide support to students, and foster an inclusive campus climate. Prior positions at the University of Chicago include Department Administrator for Comparative Literature, where Ingrid was responsible for a wide array of academic and administrative tasks. Ingrid's earlier experience includes roles at Columbia College Chicago, where Ingrid managed budgets, coordinated events, and contributed to curricular development, as well as various positions in the retail and beauty sectors. Ingrid holds a Master of Fine Arts in Nonfiction from Columbia College Chicago and a Bachelor's Degree in English Creative Writing and Literature from Western Washington University.
