Luca Graglia

Luca Graglia is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as the Director of Software and Infrastructure Services at the University of Chicago since February 2018, Luca has held various roles including Software Engineering Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. In addition to this position, Luca is a Software Design and Implementation Consultant at WISEcode since September 2021. Luca co-founded Clueless App and worked as a Software Engineer at Objective Arts, where notable projects included developing big data analysis software for hospitals and payment accelerator software. Early career roles included internships at HERE Technologies and ISMB, focusing on software development and interface design. Luca holds multiple advanced degrees in computer engineering and business, including an Executive Program for Emerging Leaders from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
