Lynda Daher

Lynda Daher, MS, and Ed.D. Candidate, currently serves as the Assistant Dean of Students in the University and Associate Director of Student Emergency Response Systems at The University of Chicago, where responsibilities include overseeing crisis response for approximately 15,000 students and providing strategic leadership for high-profile events and incidents of student activism. Previously, Lynda Daher worked at the Broward District Schools Police Department as the Coordinator for School Safety, focusing on emergency planning, response, and violence prevention training for school personnel. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Threat Response Management from The University of Chicago, a BA in Journalism & Communications from Duquesne University, a Paralegal Certificate from the Community College of Allegheny County, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Lynda Daher is currently pursuing an Ed.D. in Higher Education Administration at Northern Illinois University.
