Nadia M. Quarles

Nadia Quarles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in promoting business diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President of Business Diversity at The University of Chicago since November 2006, Nadia leads university-wide initiatives to create equitable opportunities for minority and women-owned businesses. Prior roles include Manager of Supplier Diversity at Chicago Public Schools and Manager/Contract Negotiator for the Minority Business Enterprise Program at the City of Chicago Department of Procurement Services. Nadia began their career as a Legal Assistant at the State of Illinois Judicial Inquiry Board. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Public Administration from Northeastern University.
