Rita Shapiro

Rita Shapiro, MBA, has extensive experience in finance and administration within healthcare settings, currently serving as Manager of Finance for Pediatrics at the University of Chicago since August 2011. Previously, Rita held various positions at the University, including Clinical Revenue Manager and Sr. Finance Analyst for Pediatrics, as well as roles in Orthopaedic Surgery, Ophthalmology, Hospital Medicine, Rheumatology, and Transplant Surgery. Prior to this, Rita gained experience in financial analysis at Wells Fargo from August 2009 to May 2011. Rita holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earned between 2018 and 2021, and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Iowa. Additionally, Rita has studied at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon.
