Darrin Howe

Darrin Howe, MBA, currently serves as a Senior System Engineer at the University of Iowa Center for Advancement since May 2023. With extensive experience in system engineering, Howe previously held the position of Senior Systems Engineer in Enterprise Messaging, Directory and Cloud Services at UnityPoint Health from March 2008 to May 2023. Prior to this, Howe worked as a Network and Telecommunications Manager for Blackbox, where responsibilities included designing and managing the Active Directory environment for the City of Cedar Rapids. Additional roles include Systems Engineer at Communications Engineering Company, Technical Instructor and Systems Administrator at New Horizons Learning Group, Field Engineer at Telxon, Systems Administrator at DOT Packaging Group, and Personnel Administrator and Systems Administrator in the United States Marine Corps. Darrin Howe holds an MBA from the University of Dubuque, where additional degrees include a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management.
