Kim Chickering

Kim Chickering is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in alumni engagement, development, and external relations within higher education. Currently serving as a Salesforce System Administrator at The University of Iowa Center for Advancement since April 2019, Kim has previously held key roles at the University of Iowa, including Associate Director of Alumni Engagement and Director of External Relations for the Graduate College. Kim’s experience also includes positions at the University of Iowa Foundation and Illinois State University, where notable responsibilities included overseeing annual giving programs and alumni relations. Kim's career began with a role at Habitat for Humanity of McLean County as Resource Development Director. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Leisure, Youth and Human Service Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communicative Disorders, both obtained from the University of Northern Iowa.
