Christy Altman, CCRC, is a seasoned professional in clinical research and project management with a focus on breast cancer prevention. Currently serving as Project Manager at The University of Kansas Cancer Center since April 2022, Christy has previously held positions including Clinical Trial Coordinator at Children's Mercy Kansas City and Clinical Research Coordinator at Kansas City Research Institute. Prior experience includes roles at Sarah Cannon Research Institute as a Clinical Research Assistant and as a Medical Research Associate at PRA Health Sciences. Christy began their career as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Trinity In Home Care. Christy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Kansas and is pursuing a Master of Healthcare Administration at Western Governors University.
